Biography
Dr. Jack is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He takes pride in his work and enjoys building a lasting relationship with his patients. When not in the office, Dr. Jack can be found spending time with his wife and three children.Â
He enjoys soccer and is the assistant coach and team manager for Nashville United U16 soccer club. He is also heavily involved in his church, Schrader Lane Church of Christ. He also has served as chaplain and is the current president of the Capital City Dental Society of Middle Tennessee.Â
He is an active parent in his children’s school. Outside of dentistry, his interests include history, traveling, and fun with his family.
